SHIPPING POLICY
At Lunbundmoto, we value each and every single customer, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are trying our best to speed up the process to make your package arrive as soon as possible. Your patience is highly appreciated, and thank you for your understanding.
 
Shipping Costs and Destinations. We provide FREE SHIPPING to the lower 48 states in the US. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor AK, PR. For orders to Hawaii, please contact us as additional shipping fees may apply.
 
Shipping Carriers. We use local US shipping service, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other courier companies. Please note that we select different shipping services based on the weight of the package in most cases.

Shipping Time
 For In-stock orders, we generally ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.
 For pre-orders, we will mark the shipping date on the product page please refer it. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
 Business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). If you place your order on a non-business day, the shipping time may be approximately 2 days later than usual.
Other Details
 Please provide a detailed and accurate delivery address and phone number to ensure successful delivery of your order. If a package is lost or returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the customer will be fully responsible for the costs and shipping fees.
 Once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address if you wish to do so.
 Please inspect the packaging upon arrival. If you find any damage, please note it upon signing and send us photos.
 We will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays due to the shipping destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/inadequate shipping information that may affect delivery times.
 Shipping fees and taxes are included in the product prices displayed on the website.
Shipping Changes
 Before shipping. If you need to change the address or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Address changes will not incur any fees if requested before we provide you with a tracking number.
 After shipping. We cannot change shipping address once the order has been shipped.
 Refuse delivery. Your order will be treated as a return. A refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the 15% processing fee and return shipping fee $250. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us promptly upon refusal of delivery.
Order Tracking
 You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing carrier-specific tracking information within 24 hours after the item has shipped.
If you have any questions about your shipment, you can email us at support@lunbundmoto.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Kindly Notes
 The shipping time may be affected by different customs clearance times or public holidays. If you do not receive your package within the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.
 During public holidays, shipping times may be affected as manufacturers and couriers limit their operations during these periods. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday ends.
 After your order is shipped, it may take a few days for the tracking number to appear in the courier’s system. If the courier’s website does not display this information, please try again later.
 All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past order data. They are approximate times provided for your reference only.
 Please note that we are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions or inactions of the shipping carrier or any other parcel service.
 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For more information on our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Return & Warranty terms, which are incorporated into and constitute a part of these terms by reference.
 Delivery Area: 48 continental United States only (excluding Puerto Rico, and Alaska). For Hawaii orders, please contact us for the additional shipping fees.
